The Music Market / Arts & Media is a leading UK music, creative and media sector recruitment agency, which has been in operation for 20 years.

The Music Market / Arts & Media required brand identity redesign, SEO-focused website redesign, CMS set up, bespoke functionality, SEO-focused website copy and branded social media to be established.

PROCESS

The existing site was achieving impressive Google rankings – coming in first, second or third on the first page of Google for many relevant keywords. And so the focus from the outset was making sure that these results continued or were improved upon. A specialist SEO report was commissioned, around which all subsequent developments were framed.

Extensive research was conducted alongside this into the recruitment sector and a competitor analysis carried out.
While the logo and colourway were created, website wireframes were produced. The website build then followed alongside the SEO-focused website copywriting. Social media was set up and the new website launched to coincide with a key industry event.

Laura managed the project from start to finish – she never lost her patience and persevered with a team who were always very busy on other projects. She took time to listen and clarify what we wanted and made sure the team was happy with the end result. She is very good at 'herding cats'!
