Sainty, Hird & Partners is a leading global financial services executive search firm and one of the longest established independent executive search firms in Europe.
Sainty, Hird and Partners required a new brand identity including logo, website redesign and build, intuitive CMS creation plus an SEO Audit and optimised copy editing. Both English- and German-language websites versions were requested.
The project kicked off with a complete brand overhaul and logo redesign, following an in-depth research phase. The previous site was generic and didn’t in any way communicate Sainty, Hird & Partners’ significant standing and experience within its industry, its noteworthy history, its broad range of services and the outstanding skillsets of its team.
The company’s existing website also had not incorporated any SEO and so the Salt team undertook some basic SEO research early on to establish the best route forward with the new structure and website content.
The wireframing phases included several iterations of feedback to hone the site's structure, imagery and messaging. Comments from the leadership team were incorporated to ensure the new online identity achieved all requirements.
The Sainty, Hird leadership team is delighted with its new online presence and the SEO implementation is already achieving results. The Salt Studio team has also been working with Sainty, Hird on the redesign of its company documentation.
Internally there has been a fantastic response to the new website and the branding. It has accomplished exactly what the partners were looking for and has accompanied the relaunch of our brand.
